At Holiday Handler, we understand that plans can change. This cancellation policy outlines the terms and conditions under which cancellations and refunds are processed for our travel packages. By booking with us, you agree to the following terms.
Cancellations must be made in writing. The following cancellation fees apply:
Right to Cancel: Holiday Handler reserves the right to cancel any travel package due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to insufficient participant numbers, natural disasters, or other events beyond our control.
Refunds: In the event that Holiday Handler cancels a trip, customers will receive a full refund of all payments made. Alternatively, customers may choose to apply the payment to a future trip.
Notification: Customers will be notified of cancellations by Holiday Handler as soon as possible.
If the travel package includes flights, hotels, or other services booked through third parties, their cancellation policies and charges will apply. In such cases, the 3% cancellation condition will not be applicable, and the specific third-party cancellation charges will be deducted from the refund amount.
Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 10 days of the cancellation confirmation.
Payment Method: Refunds will be issued using the original method or bank transfer only.
Third-Party Fees: Holiday Handler is not responsible for any fees or charges imposed by third-party payment processors or banks.
