Welcome to Holiday Handler. These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of our services. By booking with us, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms and conditions.

Definitions

Company:

Refers to Holiday Handler

Customer:

Refers to the individual or entity booking a travel package.

Travel Package:

Refers to the combination of travel services offered by the Company, including transportation, accommodation, tours, and other services.

Booking and Payment

Booking Confirmation:

A booking is confirmed upon receipt of a booking confirmation email from the Company.

Payment Terms:

Full payment must be received by the Company at the time of booking confirmation. Payments can be made via UPI/Cheque/Neft/Online

Deposits:

A deposit of 100% of the total package cost is required at the time of booking.

Customer Cancellations

Cancellations must be made in writing. The following cancellation fees apply:

• 1. 60 days or more before departure: 3% of the total package cost
• 2. Less than 60 days before departure: No refund
• 3. Company Cancellations: The Company reserves the right to cancel any booking due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, a full refund will be provided.

Travel Documents

Passports and Visas: It is the Customer's responsibility to ensure they have valid passports, visas, and other necessary travel documents.

Health Requirements: Customers must comply with any health requirements, including vaccinations, for their travel destinations.

Travel Insurance: Customers are strongly advised to obtain comprehensive travel insurance covering cancellations, medical expenses, and other potential risks.

Liability

Company Liability: The Company is not liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from the use of its services, except where such liability is mandated by law.

Third-Party Services: The Company acts as an agent for third-party service providers (e.g., airlines, hotels). The Company is not responsible for any acts or omissions of these providers.
